The flowers were pretty! There had to be a substitution so they called and gave me options. I appreciated the call! The recipient lived the arrangement!!!

The driver was great! When he realized the apt number was missing a digit, he took the initiative to look up the customer and get the correct apt number to ensure delivery. Very grateful!
